10 Year & 25th Anniversary Reunions
IMPORTANT
ADVICE & INSTRUCTIONS
|
All those who have registered for the reunions should please confirm
their participation by paying the fees.
Please see the table for the costs of the event that you plan to attend.
We have done our best to make all possible combinations clear. For clarifications please do

IMPORTANT: In case of late payment, be aware:

College Accommodation for 25th Reunion:
Beds booked and not paid on time will be assigned to those on the waiting list.

Events with limited places:
late payment will exclude you from certain events where places are limited (21st June: Dinner
on boat – 28th June - transportation on boat to Trieste)

Before Paying:
To ascertain the amount due please consult the options on the relevant tables which are as
follows:
How to pay:
All methods of payment are indicated.
On-line
Payment is preferred for simplicity. Follow the instructions to pay the correct
total amount. If using other methods of payment you must specify the options you have chosen and
relevant fees which make up your total as clearly as possible. If paying by bank transfer please
fax your receipt and your option details as soon as possible to this number: (0039 040
3739245). This is necessary because we are notified by the bank after quite some time.
Please note also:

COLLEGE ACCOMMODATION
: All those who requested accommodation at the college but have not
received a reply from us may assume that their place is confirmed
unless they received specific notification that they are on the WAITING LIST.
Payment for additional beds not requested
will not affect your original booking.

WAITING LIST
(beds 25th Anniversary): Those who have requested college accommodation
but who were notified that they are on the waiting list must pay only for “events & meals” (see
table “25
th Anniversary Reunion Fees” Option 5 . If / when the requested accommodation becomes
available, then they will be asked to pay the additional amount.

CHILDREN
:

4-12 years age
:
50% of fee (If these children sleep with their parents and do not
require a College bed (travel bed, etc) they
pay only for “Meals and events”

1-3 years of age
: College Accommodation € 10 per night (B&B) FREE all other meals
and events.

COLLEGE ROOMS with multiple beds
: Please keep in mind that the rooms in college residences have
multiple beds. While we will do our best to put families/couples
by themselves, it may not always be possible.

Sheets are provided but please bring your
own towels.

Logistical considerations
:
The residences will be open to participants on the days indicated in
the reunion programmes
only with the exception of those who remain during the interval between
the two reunions and those who participate in the choir initiative on Wed. 25
th June.

MEALS
: If you have a particular dietary request/restriction (vegetarians,
vegans, etc) please inform us by email.
