ACCOMMODATION

College facilities:
During the reunion period 123 beds in student residences are available from 20th – 30th
June.
Unfortunately, due to a decision of the Friuli Venezia Giulia
Region (owner of the property), the Foresteria is scheduled for renovation and will be closed all
summer.
Since accommodation in residences is limited, therefore, the following has been decided:

10 Year Reunion (Fri 20-Mon 23 June): All places (123 beds)
are available for ex-students (who will be given priority) and their families.
Intervening period: (Mon. 23th-Th. 26th June)
The ex-students who participated in the 10 Year Reunion and who
volunteered to help out with the 25th Anniversary Reunion will be able to remain in the residences
for the entire 10 days. A maximum of 24 beds will be set aside for this group. The limitation is
necessary to permit other ex-students arriving for the 25th Anniversary Reunion to use college
facilities as well.
22 beds will also be available (from Wednesday 25th June pm) for the Choir Members who will
participate in the Choir initiative.
25th Anniversary Reunion (Fri. 27th-Mon. 30th June)
77 beds in College facilities will be available exclusively for ex-students. The College may
be able to accommodate some of these participants earlier than Fri. 27th conditional to the
cleaning of the rooms occupied during the preceding reunion.

Ex-students coming with their families are advised to
set up their own accommodation taking advantage of the other local facilities suggested below.

The price of one night in college facilities (in multiple bed
rooms) is 20 € per person per night including breakfast.
Payments to be made once the College has confirmed your booking
for accommodation.

Other Accommodation:

accommodation possibilities in the college area: Duino, Sistiana, Trieste & Monfalcone with
whom you must make your own arrangement. For Duino accommodation, please indicate you are an ex
student of the College as we have negotiated a special rate for reunion participants.
Hotels outside of Duino have not been contacted. However, if a numerous group of participants
would like to contact a different facility, we are willing to try to negotiate a better price on
your behalf (for example at the Mare Pineta Camping).

MEALS
During the events, some meals will be served in the college Mensa
(at the cost price of 6 €) and others will be scheduled in local restaurants.
